We highly advise all users to carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions governing the modification and tuning of vehicles. These terms are put in place to ensure the safety and legality of any modifications made to your vehicle, and to protect us from any lawsuits or damages resulting from such modifications.

1. User Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that any modifications made to the vehicle are done in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and safety standards. Users must also ensure that their vehicle remains roadworthy and safe for use at all times post-tuning.

2. Limitation of Liability: We shall not be held liable in any way for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from any modifications made to the vehicle, whether direct, indirect, or consequential. By using our tuning services, the user acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with modification of the vehicle. The user is solely responsible for any legal and/or financial consequences arising from non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Warranties: We do not offer any warranties or guarantees on any modification made to the vehicle. The user is responsible for ensuring that any warranty offered by the manufacturer or any other third-party provider is not invalidated as a result of the modifications made. We shall not be held responsible for any warranty claims that are rejected due to modifications made to the vehicle.

4. Compliance with Applicable Laws: We strongly advise all users to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to vehicle modifications, including but not limited to emissions standards, safety regulations, and noise regulations. Any breach of these laws or regulations is the sole responsibility of the user, and we shall not be held liable for any resulting damages, losses, or legal action.

5. Modification of Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any modifications made shall be published on our website, and the user is responsible for regularly checking for any changes. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modified terms and conditions.

6. Use of Footage: By sending footage to us, the user agrees that the footage can be used freely by us without requiring further consent from the user. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional purposes, educational materials, and customer testimonials.

• All purchases are non-refundable.
• If the ECU has been previously tampered with or tuned, we will not be liable for decrypting or tuning said ECU.
• Minimum $50 charge for adjustments 7 days after original tune (if adjustments are under 30% of the original tune).
• Tunes and Tune Adjustments are non-transferrable between owners.
• Tuning adjustments made by anyone other than ECAConcepts will void tuning adjustments thereafter.
• Appointment cancellations shorter than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a $50 fee the following visit.
• All future adjustments to your tune will be made via ECAConcepts Flash Tool.
• Customers sending ECUs must send in no longer than 7-days to be tuned after purchasing tune.

By using our tuning services, the user agrees to abide by all these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in the termination of services without prior notice. We reserve the right to reject service or refuse to offer our service to anyone at any time without prior notice.

Additional Redress Option (EU Only) Information about the Online Dispute Resolution platform If you as a buyer consider your rights have been breached, you can address your complaints to us via the email address [email protected] in order to seek an out-of-court settlement. In this regard, if the purchase from us was concluded online through our website, we, in line with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, hereby inform you that you are entitled to seek the consumer dispute with us out-of-court, through the platform for the online dispute resolution accessible through the Internet address http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Unless otherwise provided by the applicable law, our participation in an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is on a voluntary basis
