The early AEB 1.8T is prized by tuners for its robust bottom end and big-port head, and our calibration is built to exploit that potential. We rework boost, fueling, and timing to deliver the strong, responsive power band this motor is capable of, scaled to your stock K03 or upgraded turbo. Every file is proven on the road and the dyno and developed against factory spec sheets, so it stays safe and dependable. Send us your engine details, modifications, and goals through our Controller ID submission and we will dial the tune in for your AEB.
ECU IMMOBILIZER WILL BE OFF, NO ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING NECESSARY
Typically what I offer is the following:
-15-25psi (10psi is stock)
-Speed limiter removal and other annoyances
-All torque/timing/fueling maps and parameters fully adjusted for performance
We DO NOT tune in pops and bangs, or 2-Step on these ECU’s.
