Audi 4.0T Custom Tune

The Audi 4.0T twin-turbo V8 is a powerhouse, and our calibration is built to unleash it responsibly. We optimize boost, fueling, and timing to deliver the enormous midrange torque and authoritative top end this engine is capable of, matched to your stock or upgraded hardware. Each file is developed on the road and verified on the dyno against OEM spec sheets, so the gains are real and the engine stays protected. Send your Controller ID and modification list and our tuners will tailor the file to your exact goals.

This twin-turbo V8 has a huge amount of torque that the stock file only hints at. The pedal is soft, the midrange is capped, and the car feels heavy in a quiet way instead of the way a 4.0T should leave a corner. We rebuild boost, fuel, and timing so the V8 fills harder and holds it. You feel a longer, heavier pull in the middle — the part of the powerband this engine lives in.

Verified on the dyno against factory spec — not just a street pull and a guess.
