Audi/VW 2.8L 30v Custom Tune
The 2.8L 30v V6 is a smooth, willing engine, and our calibration brings out more of its natural character. By refining throttle mapping, fueling, and ignition timing, we sharpen response and recover midrange and top-end the factory tune holds in reserve, all without compromising reliability. Each file is proven on the road and the dyno and developed against manufacturer spec sheets. Submit your vehicle specifics and any bolt-ons via our Controller ID process and we will build a tune to suit how you drive.
The 2.8 wants to rev. Stock, the electronic throttle and ignition maps dull the first inch of pedal and flatten the top. It feels finished and quiet about a motor that has more to give. We open throttle mapping, fuel, and ignition so response is immediate and the high-rpm pull actually arrives. The car feels sharper off the foot and stronger at the top of the tach.
