Audi 2.7T Custom Tune 2000-2005
The Audi 2.7T biturbo responds to tuning like few other engines, and our calibration is built to take advantage of it. We optimize boost control, fueling, and timing across the rev range to wake up the midrange torque and top-end pull this V6 is famous for, whether you are running stock K03s or upgraded hardware. Each tune is developed on the road and confirmed on the dyno, calibrated against manufacturer spec sheets so reliability is never sacrificed for power. Send us your vehicle details and modifications through our Controller ID process and our tuners will tailor the file to exactly how you drive.
This biturbo V6 is supposed to have torque almost off idle. The stock US file does not let both chargers work together — a soft bottom, a messy middle, and a peak that never feels as wide as the motor is. We rebuild boost control, fuel, and timing across the whole tach so both turbos fill together and stay there. The car gets a broad, hard pull from low rpm instead of one number and a hole around it.
