VW 2.5L Custom Tune 2009-2016
The later VW 2.5L five-cylinder is a dependable, torquey motor, and our calibration helps it deliver more of what it already does well. We refine throttle mapping, fueling, and timing for sharper response and a broader, more satisfying power band, all without compromising drivability or longevity. Every tune is proven on the road and the dyno and developed against manufacturer spec sheets so your daily driver stays reliable. Provide your vehicle details and bolt-ons through our Controller ID process and we will dial the file in for your setup.
The later 2.5 has more to give than the early one, and the stock file still treats it like a commuter. Throttle is soft and the top of the band never quite arrives. We open throttle, fuel, and timing for a fuller power band. Torque stays where a five wants it — low and wide — and the car actually uses the rest of the tach when you ask.
Verified on the dyno against factory spec — not just a street pull and a guess.
